The pose looks really unnatural, I would level his shoulders more. I'm also seeing some drawing problems with his left eye (you're showing too much of the white of the eye). You might've already done this, but make sure you have the highest possible resolution image of the Draw This ref. Go back to the Draw This page on Facebook and click on Options > Download to get the 1214x2048px version of the image, you'll see more info in the face that way.
